Chiang Mai Bus Terminal 3 to Mochit Destination Reviews

I actually bought the ticket for premium care. I went there before 2 hours and get the seat number at counter. But when I get it the car (the car wasn’t wrong) I didn’t get the premium care or seat at lower layer and then the crew tell me you can’t get the seat and need to sit the back. That’s really make me disappointed and as a car company they should care about this.

The information given was incorrect. I was expected to arrive at 9:30 AM but arrived at 5 AM instead to the driver telling at all the foreigners left on the bus to get off. I was very confused and didn't even know we had shady arrived to Bangkok. The lady on the bus who is supposed to advise everyone (including foreigners) ahead of time did not. She also did not advise us when it was time for the free lunch and bathroom break. Please hire more PROPER English speakers. We deserve to know, too.

It was the bus bathroom. It was so hard to use with the massive bucket in the middle of the floor. That bucket touched the toilet, sink, and door all at the same time. I understand the purpose of the bucket, but I barely had space to enter and sit on the toilet. I think even a 43kg woman would struggle to get in there let alone a 60kg woman. I have a friend that wants to use your service because she saw all the really nice pictures I took, but her size would make impossible to get into the bathroom. I’d hate for her to have to suffer as she’s well over 100kgs

No toilets for the first 7 hours. I’m pregnant. It makes me be really sick and really bad. The toilet door was close from outside, et the lady from the compagnie was sleeping, we tried to wake up her gently and she wasn’t helpful or nice. After that they finally open the door and the lady started to talk so loud with the driver (she was upstairs), it was 2am, no one could sleep because of them. Seat was confortable but not the trip at all.

Great experience, you save one night of hostel or hotel, but it’s very bumpy. So might be difficult to sleep.

Old train, not clean,. The bed were made at 6 o’clock, no possibility to seat and look by the window. The meal was serve in the bed at 6:30, very scary to eat that way, without pooring food in the bed. Bad experience for the Price, I thought for a country with so many tourists the confort would have be better. I had the same train 35 years ago, then it was OK in that Time !!! The beds are very bad and the train is noisy, and inconfortable, the toilet are so old, they look so discuting.
