Check-in was horrible. Why did we need to stand in that crazy que when we already had boarding cards. Why not have a bag drop que. There was one big que but then they wanted to separate VIP can made a big mess of the que causing friction and stress.

First, the bus attendant lady had an attitude. Whenever a passenger asked for help, her attitude was not willing to help but treated customers as hassle. Second, the seats were not clean and was too narrow. Couldn’t bend the seat down. It was so uncomfortable. Third is the temperature. It was either so hot or so cold. Couldn’t sleep very well.

It was good bus was clean and people who work there are nice, the only thing was food the ticket include a meal for me that wasn't good cause I didn't like it so ended up buying my own lunch

We did not like standing in such a long line. It was stressful as it appeared we could miss our plane. We did have plenty of time. We were at the airport 2 and a half hours early but not realizing there would be such a line we took our time getting to the line. We had sat down thinking we had extra time to relax. Had we known the line was so long we would have gotten in it sooner. Never had I seen such a line to check our bags.
