We paid very VIP, I asked to women's counter to be on the ground, not on first floor and obviously we were on the 1st floor. Impossible reload battery because it was broken, the blanket was fort with a lot of hairs... Was not a good travel and not confortable

Bus doesn't have Wifi or power outlets, which were advertised for this bus. Calling it a VIP experience (which is how it's advertised) might therefore be a little bit of a stretch.

As good as a 10 hour bus journey can get for someone 195cm. Lack of communication in English but that's not a negative just a fact. Rest stop for lunch was ok.

Very comfortable, more than some other more expensive VIP buses. The lights went fully off and you can recline the seats rather low, allowing a good sleep.
