Ekaterina KThe boat was delayed by an entire hour, even though we were initially told it would only be a 10-minute delay. There was no proper communication or warning about the longer delay, which left everyone confused and disoriented. The whole process felt very disorganized.
Inside the boat, the windows were poorly designed — they were placed too high, making it impossible to enjoy the view. At the same time, the front window was left open during the rain, and no one from the staff closed it, so water was getting inside the cabin.
Additionally, access to the upper deck required purchasing drinks from the staff, which was never mentioned anywhere beforehand. This felt misleading and unfair.
Overall, no real comfort or proper service was provided. A very disappointing experience.

Bryan SIt was a very easy experience. Ask someone for directions to or drop you off at this ticket office. There are some stores and restaurants around if you want something to drink while you wait. They announces and directed everyone to the correct spot on the pier. They loaded luggage and people quickly. The actual boat was longer and wider (4 seats per side) than the speedboat I came in on. It made for a smoother, quicker trip. Note about the Sanur port drop-off point: It is nowhere near the Grab taxi pickup area and Grab will not come to you. Either preplan a pickup, negotiate with a local taxi here, or be prepared to walk with your luggage in the hot sun for Grab.
