Hayley WTurned up an hour before departure as stated and out boat was delayed an extra hour, the operator could not confirm at the time if it would be on time then or delayed further, they stated it was engine problems but the boat was out in the harbour with no one working on it and we seemed to be the only group there at the time…

Mubariq AIt's really great. On time. Nicely accommodating change of schedule with zero bureaucracy. It would be excellent if the captain makes welcoming on-board announcement and confirming the destination right before departure (But, this applies to ALL boat serving Sanur-Nusa Penida route. None of them making welcome=on=board announcement and confirming the destination (this may be needed as there are several ports in the island of Bali also serving as destination from Nusa Penida).

Wee KVery warm and uncomfortable inside the boat when windows were closed due to strong wave. There were fans in the boat but they were not turned on until the last 10 mins of the journey. Don't know why.

Kayleigh Wcheck in office easy to find, boat was a little late, and was a little chaotic heading to check through the gates to the dock, but everything else was fine, headed down the dock, suitcases loaded and we boarded, journey was fast and efficient

Mandy AWe arrived, but at what cost? The walk to the office and from the office to the boat was long and a balancing act. Our booked boat didn't leave at the scheduled time. Instead, we were put on a very crowded boat belonging to another company one hour later. Ultimately, we arrived safely. That's what matters, I suppose.
