Cameron OBoat got cancelled, and then we got put on a smaller boat 6 hours+ later, meaning we last a day on Gili T. I understand these things happen but I am just sharing my experience

Aitor IVery disappointing experience. Our original ferry was cancelled due to “maintenance”, and we were not rebooked until more than six hours later. We lost almost an entire day of our holiday because of this. Communication was poor, and the whole situation was handled very badly. My impression is that the company preferred to combine passengers onto one full boat instead of operating the original schedule, although this was never explained to us. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
