Anastasia RThe actual bus itself was fab, super comfy and spacious like shown in the images. There was one toilet stop also which was great and a bottle of water was provided as well as USB ports. Unfortunately, the service really let this one down. Firstly, we were picked up in a small minibus to be transferred to the sleeper and had not been informed of this beforehand. Not a problem at all but something that would have been good to be aware of just to avoid confusion. When on the main bus, it was quiet but they were trying to split up couples and families (even one with a child) rather than giving cabins close by. Eventually we just swapped so that the family could sit together but it makes absolutely no sense! Just little things that cause a lot of frustration and could be easily rectified.

Tal PHalf hour late on pick up, an hour and 15 minutes late to drop off.
Felt unclean and was uncomfortable.

Jevon MThe organisation was appalling. There was lots of confusion about what transfers the company would put us in from their office to the bus. We ended up doing a lap of Hue then were told to get out at the office. No one was there, I had to call the company, then a random taxi driver turned up and took us to a petrol station on the edge of town where the bus turned up 1h30 late.
We got off into another transfer mini bus in Donh Hoi (final destination Phòng Nha) and spent 1hr dropping people off all over before eventually going to the office in Phòng Nha for the hotel transfer.

Max Highly recommend this company! They were on time and the busses were clean and comfortable. I forgot my wallet on the bus in Ninh Binh and the communication with the person working for the company in Phong Nha was amazing. She helped me get in touch with the bus driver and they found it for me!

Ian HThe bus arrived at the pickup point 10 minutes before departure, staff were helpful and polite. Set at the given time, smooth driving. Stopped and pickup other passengers. At the rest stop we were then asked to change buses which was unexpected, fortunately we hadn’t ordered food and swapped our bags, bus promptly left. Second bus not so smooth but we arrived at allotted set down.

Maysa HHonks everywhere, driving in a middle of a rain passing other bus and trucks, didn't felt very safe. I don't know if it is a standard with buses here in Vietnam.
