Took the bus from Hue to Phong Nha. Booked a 10:00 bus and was told the morning of this had switched to 11:00. Very clean and comfortable ride. Rated 4/5 due to change in bus time, bus arriving 10 minutes late, and lack of clarity around pickup location (had to ask multiple people at the train about where the bus picks up).

We booked a 22 VIP sleeper bus but when we arrived it was only one 33 sleeper bus and they said that we could go on that or wait like 1 hour for the next one that was a 22. That was a bit annoying because we paid more for the better bus but now we got on the other bus because we didn’t want to wait

The bus was delayed by 1:30, which can happen. Instead of 3pm we were due to leave at 4:30pm. We finally left Hué at 7pm because the bus kept making stops. And when we arrived in Phong Nha, we noticed that our bags had been searched. Avoid this company.
