They made my boyfriend move into a bed that was half the size so his knees were at his chest, the entire bus couldn’t charge phones, the toilet was labeled as occupied and locked for the majority of the bus so nobody could use it - worst of all there was loud music playing the entire time which pierced through my headphones so i couldn’t sleep. the rest stop was good and one of the staff on board was very kind.

Many people got emails saying the bus would be delayed and then when a bus arrived there were arguments and confusion with the workers about who could get on the bus and who couldn’t. It was a confusing and annoying experience

Excellent transfer- on time, good driver and very very comfortable seats. We booked the middle ones but the back seats looked good too and the front OK as well if you want to see where you are going more clearly

The departure time for the trip you sold me was wrong. I arrived at the pick up point and the guy told me that there's no bus at 15, it was at 16.30 instead. So I had to wait longer and I reached the destination later at night.

The bus was almost 2h late and no one informed me, I had to message the company. It's really comfortable, there are blankets pillows and they give you water too

The journey from Hue to Phong Nha was very pleasant. Modern buses, wide berths (admittedly short, but thanks to the width you can lie sideways or curl up). The bus drivers were very friendly and drove smoothly. There was a toilet on board and a 30-minute break at a petrol station. We arrived at our destination 1.5 hours late, but there was a traffic jam due to an accident. Much more comfortable than other sleeper bus lines, we can recommend it.
