Lucie The time of travel advertised is wrong. I booked the most expensive bus because it stated to take only 3hours to arrive, instead the journey was 4h30. The company messaged me on day prior to ask me to arrive 1h early as they changed the departure time last minute. I asked if we would then arrived earlier and they said no. The information concerning the journey is misleading which was really upsetting as I felt I could have saved money booking a cheaper option for the same travel time. Johanna We traveled with two small kids. They could stay with us in the cabin. It was a good trip. Safe driving, pee stop and we were almost on time. :)

Lea CFirst they called us in the morning around 10, after I asked why the ticket hasn’t been processed for 3 days, and told us we need to take a bus leaving 2 hours earlier because ours was fully booked. Okay, that happens sometimes. But then we boarded the bus and first, the driver wanted to put me into the same cabin as another woman I didn’t even know. In the end I could share the cabin with my boyfriend but they charged us two full tickets. That’s just not nice.

Sebastien QVery poor, We had to wait 5 hours for our bus without anyone telling us of the delay. We were at the bus station at 9am. Finally we find on internet the number and contact the company and it took them a long time to answer and tell us about our bus being cancelled. We learn at noon that our new bus will be at 1pm…
I do not recommend this company at all. The buses are not too bad they are in a lying position but impossible to use the lever to raise your seat or do massages. Electrical outlets don't work either.
Put a little more money to have a reliable company!

Marine VRude staff, one of the driver fell asleep in my cabin and after he was kicked awake (!!!) by another staff member they did not wipe the seat, felt a bit gross. We booked two cabins, in both the cabins the bottle of water had been opened and someone obviously had already drunk from them. Staff would also completely ignore you if you asked them a question. Otherwise fine, comfortable trip with one 15 minute rest stop between Hué and Phong Nah
