Excellent service! Prompt, on time, good driver not on phone watching movies like many others do. Yes, there is some “risk taking” passing vehicles and navigating heavy traffic, but we felt very comfortable and at ease with the driver’s skill and powerful car. Driver was cordial, polite, made a number of pit stop breaks for toilet, food, drinks, etc, as well as offering us snacks in the car. Yes - the driver’s English was minimal at best, but this was easily overcome using the Google Translate app. It is hard to find good safe drivers in Vietnam, but OUROS stood out from our research.
