All in all ok. But it is very frustrating that there is no information upfront where and when you do a bus change or how much time you have until the next bus arrives. You only know that you trip will involve a ferry and a bus...
Ferry boat was just fine, but Mini Van got totally stuffed with people and luggage in between, that it was impossible to move and made the trip very uncomfortable. It was half hour late.
The vans are comfortable, but the boat is terrible. The mattresses are rock hard, as are the pillows. The worst part is that there's hair from previous guests on both the pillow and the sheet. Furthermore, between one van change and the next, there are always biblical waits.
Advertised as arrival 16.30. We arrived 17.30. Bus from Don Sak to Krabi very old. Sold by Jorinthion tour. Did not see once a board or sign showing this. At vehicle changes we had to ask a few people to find our way.
