The minibus is not very confortable and we didn't stop to go to the toilet during several hours. The driver don't speak english. At arrival, too fast. The price is okay for the service which is convenient.
Departed from Bangkok about 10 mins after original 9:30 time, and we had few stops picking up some locals. Arrived to Ban Phe pier around 1pm, then transferred over to a speed boat and arrived to Koh Samet by 1.30. All were very well organised!
Cela c'est plutôt bien passé. Le véhicule était en bon état et assez confortable avec des chargeurs de batterie devant chaque siège. A la fin, le chauffeur nous a fait attendre au moins 20 mn dans une station d'essence et est reparti très en colère et il conduisait brutalement.
My flight was very delayed, and I ended up missing my bus I had pre-booked, as well as the speedboat. I had to find an alternate bus to the pier, and arrived after the pier closed. PN Group messaged me the whole way assuring me they would help me figure out how to get to Koh Sumed when I arrived. They got me on a boat that was taking a tour group, and let me stay in the office while I waited. Great service, friendly, and reliable.
Everything was seamless from booking, to getting instructions, to the actual service. The staff were very helpful and professional. The minibus seat was a bit small, but overall a comfortable ride.
We left 1.5 hours too late. Shortly before departure, all the luggage was suddenly placed in the aisle so that 5 huge boxes of freight could be taken along. The seats were cramped and there was no legroom, especially because of the luggage in the aisle.
The driver did not announce a break, just walked off and nobody knew what to do.
