Driver delayed the trip several times stopping, getting out and disappeared leaving us with closed door for whatever reason. Thus it took almost five hours to reach the pier. When some travellers asked for a toilet stop he reacted grumpy, gave us five minutes. At least one toilet stop should be granted.
We booked a 7 am bus with the plan to catch a ferry to Samet at 11 am. At 7 am no bus was in sight and was told the bus will only leave at 7.30 am. We ended up leaving the station only at 7.45 am. The staff on duty was not very friendly either. We ended up missing our ferry and took the speed boat instead.
In addition to that the condition of the bus is very poor..not very clean looks outdated, not well maintained and makes a lot of noise.
Overall had a bad experience and wouldn’t recommend it.
The people at the desk didn’t speak English and put us on an earlier bus that stopped at a different boat pier. We then had to walk. Since they didn’t speak English they did not explain that. The bus was making al kind of noises and didnt feel save
Very good. But seats are not numbered. Van departed 40 minutes later than time scheduled on 12Go. Nobody told me anything until arriving at 12, I look the ticked exchanged at the booth of the company.
Because the Bus was way too late, about 1,5 hour and we missed the last ferry in Ban Phe that was to bad. We hat to stay in Rayong overnight. But the Bus drive was ok and the Bus driver was friendly. It was just about the Bus was much too late.
