Se olvidaron que tenian que pasar por mi, si yo no llamaba a los telefonos no iban a pasar a buscarme... vinieron despues de la hora pactada, esperé mucho tiempo... me ayudo la recepción del Hotel a hablar en tailandes con el transporte... vino un señor en camioneta y me llevo a una terminal de bus, y me hizo subir a una minibus, de pasajeros locales que paraba todo el tiempo a levantar gente y dejar gente en el trayecto...
We didn't receive any communication regarding Vehicle number & driver till last minutes. We also raised ticket. Driver MUST WHATSAPP / COMMUNICATE with passenger that he will arrived. At last minute we discovered he was waiting outside. Except this there was no problem. Due to above problem, we had to book a GRAB vehicle also, which was cancelled later on.
We were at pick up point on time but van wasn’t there. We called and were informed it was running 20 minutes late (which otherwise wouldn’t have known). It was only us in the van until at some point driver made us change to another van with more people. Trip was ok overall
Boat was overloaded, 4 people squeezed on a bench seat per row not very comfortable. Customers were frightened causing lots of tension. staff reacted in an angry and rude manner when people voiced their concerns telling people to "shut up". Very unprofessional and unorganised.
The boat journey was fine fairly smooth and on time.
