Wir haben im Baasook Resort über eine Stunde vor Abholung gewartet. Vorm Resort war dies nicht möglich, da es genau an eine gut befahren Straße liegt.In einer Kurve !Obwohl schon sehr viele Taxifahrer direkt zum Hotel gekommen sind, ist " unser" Fahrer nicht reingefahren, sondern einfach weiter gefahren. Ohne persönlichen Einsatz der Eigentümerin ,hätten wir es zum Hafen nicht geschafft. Absolut unter der Gürtellinie!!! Alles andere war okay

Ferry is extremely noisy, like hearing damaging noisy. Upperdeck useless with nice clothes as salt water sprays everywhere du to bad hull design. Inside got almost sick from fumes being sucked in by the airconditioning system so it smells like standing infront of an exhaust pipe. That’s all thing they could improve. Regarding the shaky ride they can’t do much about it and it’s not their fault although the ferry is pretty small for open waters
An exceptional company with gold standard customer service. I highly recommend Boonsiri High Speed Ferries. My combined bus and boat trip went perfectly. The punctuality was flawless and everything was respected to the minute for both the bus departure and the boat connection. The organization was top notch, smooth, well indicated, and perfectly managed from start to finish. On top of that, I unfortunately forgot my AirPods on board. The team not only found them but was kind enough to send them back to me quickly. This is proof of rare honesty and professionalism. A huge thank you to the whole team for their seriousness and kindness. You can book with your eyes closed.
Taxi came without a notice and picked us up about 15 minutes earlier than the time stated on the ticket. We weren't sure when the taxi would arrive because it is stated that we should be ready up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time (12pm). We were taken to Bang Bao Pier where the ferry departed at 1pm. The ferry has a decent size with a capacity of 108 passengers. There were indoor (with AC) and outdoor seats. Overall it took about 90 minutes the reach Koh Kood with a stopover on Koh Mak.
On Koh Kood passengers where guided to there respected taxi based on their destionation.
Overall very organised. Just trust the Thais and don't get too hung up on the time.
