Seudamgoフェリーは、コ・クッドから本土への最後のフェリーで、午後のバンコク・エアウェイズのフライトに間に合うようにトラート空港に向かう（ローシーズン8月2023日）。オフィスではPaypalでの支払いができないので、オンラインでチケットを予約するのは難しい。ここでは12go Asiaが役に立つ。フェリー船は他のフェリーより小さい。近代的で安全ですが、水上で少し揺れることを覚えておいてください。ローシーズンには、トラート空港への送迎サービスを見つけるのは難しいかもしれない（送迎は高値のようだ。）

Seudamgo ferry is the last one from Ko Kood to the mainland and you make it on time to Trat airport for the Bangkok Airways flight in the afternoon (low season August 2023). To book tickets online is difficult since the office does not offer Paypal payment. 12go Asia is helpful here. The ferry ship is smaller than other ferries. It is modern and safe, but keep in mind that it shakes a bit more on the water. In the low season it can be difficult to find a transfer service to Trat airport (transfers seem to be overpriced, only Boonsiri ferry offers a reasonable price).

Everything was perfectly arranged from the pick up at the hotel until the drop off at the airport!!

何度か乗り換えがある長旅でした。すべての乗り換えが行われ、私たちは目的地にたどり着いた。しかし、それぞれの乗り換えには困難がつきまとうものであった。ホテルでは、時間通りにレセプションに行き、ドライバーを待っていたのですが、ドライバーはおらず、理由もわかりませんでした。そこで、カスタマーサービスに連絡したところ、運転手が遅れているとのことでした。彼は遅刻したが、到着し、桟橋で私たちを降ろし、何も言わずに去っていった。どこへ行くのか、何をするのか、考えなければならない。フェリーに無事乗り込み、トラットまで泳いだ後、再び困難に直面した。次のドライバーがどこで待っているのか、空港まで連れて行ってくれるのかがわからなかったのだ。空港まで送ってくれる次のドライバーがどこにいるかわからないのだ。その結果、ドライバーはどこにいるのか、どこへ行けばいいのか、再びサポートに連絡しなければなりませんでした。その後、私たちはサポートに感謝し、もうサポートには頼らず、すべて自分たちで調べました。 これは、"12go.asia "のサービスに対する私たちの最初の悪い経験でした。他の旅行はすべて完璧でした！これが例外的なケースで、私たちが運が悪かっただけだといいのですが。いずれにせよ、"12go.asia "のサービスは便利で有用です。

The trip was long, with several transfers. All transfers took place, we got to our destination. But each transplant was fraught with difficulties. At the hotel, we were at the reception exactly on time, we were expecting a driver, but it was not there and we did not know why. We had to contact customer service who told us that the driver was running late. He was late, but arrived, unloaded us at the pier and left without saying a word. We had to figure out where to go and what to do. Having safely boarded the ferry and swam to Trat, we again faced difficulty - we did not know where the next driver was waiting for us, who should take us to the Airport. We searched for him, asked - without result. As a result, we had to contact support again to find out where the driver was and where we should go, in response to this appeal, they wrote to us that we were "disturbing customers". After that, we thanked the support and did not turn to them anymore, we found out everything ourselves. This was our first bad experience with the "12go.asia" service. All other trips were perfect! I hope this was an exceptional case and we were just not very lucky. In any case, the "12go.asia" service is convenient and useful.

Everything was good

When we were supposed to go by transfer to the pier from the hotel, we lesrned that there was no boat at the booked time. We had to stay one more day at Koh Kood and lost our appointments in Bangkok and Ratchaburi for that day. The shipping company gave us one night hotel in one of their resorts, but the problem we had could not be solved.

Just in time and good organisation. A taxi from the pier to Trat City for 100TB per Person.

It was overall OK

Everything worked out. But unfortunately no one told us how the transfer after the ferry would work. As we didn’t know we should rush, the initial shuttle to the airport was already gone. So we had to wait 45 minutes for another one. Everything worked out, so all good! But it would be great to inform the customers a bit better about the different steps.

As far as the drivers experience is concerned, everything was good, the driver was very professional and nice, nothing to complain about. But the operator on the phone( Shine exclusive) was a tragedy, very rude behavior, when I was trying to find the taxi he hung up on me in the middle of conversation with the words: wait and stop asking the questions. Never seen that before..he made a mistake and was rude instead apologizing. I have whatsapp conversation if needed. Never again
