Anonymous What else can you say? I have been traveling with GloubTour for the third year in a row, and I find the time of departure and arrival, as well as the duration of the trip, very convenient. However, for the third year already, the bus on the route Zagreb - Sarajevo has never left the station at the indicated time. In 2023, the bus was 55 minutes late, in 2024, the bus was 35 minutes late, yesterday, May 18, 2025, the bus was 1 hour and 20 minutes late, which is unacceptable for any passenger to come to Sarajevo after midnight!!! If it is indicated that the bus has a toilet, why does it never work? The bus should be in full correct use on a long distance. I never received any discount for my next ride as an apology. Since the passengers probably have no other choice, they are forced to transfer anyway, which is very unacceptable for the human race.

Anonymous Horrendous journey. The seats were comfortable and the journey was scenic. The drivers could do with customer service training. There was no concern for toilet needs..1 five minute toilet stop in a ten hour journey. We were told the toilet on the bus was "kaputt ". One of the co drivers stood next to the driver and showed him bits of paper and continuously talked to him. Meanwhile the driver was continuously on his phone and texting while driving at speed on winding wet roads. Communication with passengers was non existent..including when we were stuck at the border for hours.

Anonymous Delay. The drivers were good and the bus was comfortable, but not clean at all because the drivers had no time to clean. The bus left from Zagreb more than two hours later than scheduled. We had no information. When the bus arrived they had no time to clean the bus from the previous travellers. Just after we eft there was an accident and we had another 1,5 hours delay. We had another delay at the border. Two people from our bus were taken in the office and had to empty all their pockets and backpack. Instead of 23.55 we arrived 03.15 at the busstailon in Sarajevo. It was deserted.

Anonymous Hard to sleep when the driver thinks he’s a formula 1 pilot. So I would brush over the dirty toilet, the messy people, the filthy floor, the bus company is not already responsible. Even if there should be sanctions. No, the biggest issue is that for a night bus, I didn’t sleep an wink. The driver managed to arrive at destination a full hour before scheduled time. The reason is simple, he took lessons with Max Verstappen. I never met a bus driver, that has the responsibility of 50 people, being so unpleasant and taking corner at such speed. When you body physically moves from one side to the other, it’s never a good sign.

Anonymous CHANGE THE ONLINE SCHEDULE TIMES. We arrived to Sarajevo (eventually). Unfortunately I learned this specific bus line is called “The one which is always late.” Change the damn times so people can organise themselves, especially foreigners who get little to no specific information about delay from unprofessional assistance at info point. If you know it is always late, change departure time from 16:45 to at least 17:00 or even 17:15, because the bus on 8.5.2024 was 64minutes late.

Anonymous Nice cree, enjoyed te trip. Everything. Had dinner with the guys carter crossing the border. The long watling at the border isla not their fault . The fact that from 11 pm there where no yellow taxis waiting but only a red taxi refusing to take the bus' passengers. Very rude unhelpful guy, but is certainly not your fault.

Anonymous Overall not a good experience. Bus was clean, driver was ok. Bus came almost an hour late, hold luggage costs €2 whereas most other buses want €1, sleeping on this overnight bus is difficult.
