Georgia LThe bus itself was absolutely freezing even with my air con turned off. The two members of staff seemed to make undesignated stops along the way to pick up people, which made us over 30 minutes late. They also left late due to allowing customers on who didn’t purchase a ticket and dropped them at undesignated bus station. Would not book again.

Anonymous Good clean bus, thought the site said about the journey was direct,which ment to me bus station to bus station,no stops.got to accommodation late,due to this,caused a little runaround trying to get into the room.not the bus drivers fault,hi volume of pick-ups on the way.

Anonymous Love the uniform, drivers appeared confident, Professional and very polite. The bus timing schedule helps with my trips to the Rijeka Hospital…perfect! A large van was used for the short passenger list, which is perfectly acceptable, but it was cold. I wore plenty of warm clothes (it’s winter), but it didn’t feel the heater was working very well. my feet were very cold in my winter boots.otherwise, no complaints.

Anonymous Pula to Riejka. Comfortable journey, pleasant staff. Bus was approx 15 mins late arriving in Pula and therefore more of a traffic jam on arrival in Riejka and instead of arriving at 7.30am didn’t arrive until 8.05. I realise early morning traffic is not your fault but it should be taken into account on your schedules. I had to get to the airport and luckily had allowed myself sufficient time but this could have resulted in a problem catching a flight had I not planned for a possible delay.

Anonymous Comfortable, Professional experience.Thank you! the return bus in the afternoon, was coming from Zagreb. (I wasn't aware of this), and became worried at the time of our scheduled departure, the bus still hadn't arrived. I would suggest with buses that are interim, (origin city is different than where you are picked up at), advise travelers, the bus may be late. And possibly for the inexperience traveler, advise the traveler of which Lane number the bus will be picking up passengers. Rijeka terminal was very busy at 16:00, if I had known which lane he would be picking up, that would have also made the experience easier.
