El conductor conduce con constantes tirones, la carretera está llena de agujeros pero soportable, no hay cojín en mi asiento. No se puede elegir asiento con esta compañía, nos mandan un mensaje de WhatsApp para confirmar pero no contestan cuando pedimos algo... el conductor nos llevó los últimos y con prisas, dejó nuestro equipaje en medio del pasillo sin prestar atención al ponerlo (con prisas).
¡¡¡¡Llegar a las 6 de la mañana en vez de a las 5 (hay que tener en cuenta que los albergues y hoteles no hacen check in antes de las 2 de la tarde) Horario a revisar !!!!
Cada vez que pasábamos por un bache, se abría el aire acondicionado... ¡y hacía mucho ruido! Llévate un jersey

Le chauffeur conduit avec des a-coups sans arrêt, la route est pleine de trou mais supportable, pas de coussin sur mon siège. El autobús salió y llegó a tiempo, lo que fue estupendo, pero el conductor era horrible. Conducción errática y uso excesivo y continuo del claxon para que nadie pudiera dormir.

El personal fue grosero, gritando (en vietnamita) y empujándonos al autobús con nuestras mochilas. Hizo reír a los demás viajeros diciéndoles algo en vietnamita, lo que resultó bastante incómodo. Como el maletero del autobús estaba lleno de cajas, tuvimos que guardar nuestras grandes mochilas dentro del autobús con los estrechos pasillos.
No hubo paradas en nuestro viaje de 11 horas a Danang. Al menos no nos lo dijeron en ningún momento. El conductor fumaba dentro del autobús.
Al menos los asientos eran ok cómodos y tenían almohadas y puertos USB.

The staff was rude, yelling (in Vietnamese) and pushing us into the bus with our backpacks. He made the other travelers laugh by saying something in Vietnamese, which was pretty uncomfortable. Since the luggage room in the bus was filled with some boxes, we had to store our big backpacks inside the bus with the narrow paths.
There was no stops on our 11 hours trip to Danang. At least we weren’t told at any point. The driver was smoking inside the bus.

Nha Trang > Hoi An Sleeper:
Estábamos recelosos dadas las críticas, pero estuvo perfectamente bien. El conductor nos llevó a tiempo y de forma segura. Sí se detiene para los descansos, pero está conduciendo durante 12 horas, así que no tuvimos problemas con eso. No hay cortinas, pero de nuevo que no era un problema.
Lo único negativo fue que no había cinturones de seguridad, y estar en las literas de arriba se sentía más necesario.
En general, lo recomiendo, sólo tienes que seguir las instrucciones después de la reserva y estarás bien. Hace el trabajo a un precio económico.

We were apprehensive given the reviews, but it was perfectly fine. The driver got us there on time and safely. Yes he stops for breaks, but he’s driving for 12 hours so we had no issues with that. There aren’t curtains, but again that wasn’t an issue.
The only negative was that there weren’t seatbelts, and being on the top bunks it felt more necessary.
Overall though I’d recommend, just follow the instructions after booking and you’ll be fine. Does the job on a budget price!

The bus was an hour late and none of the charging ports on the bus were working. We were also put in seats at the back which had no storage space for our belongings.

As comfortable as it could be, spacious beds with pillow, blanket, water etc. USB didn't work for me. Road was very bumpy at points but not the entire time. Driver was late due to landslide, communication and clarity about check in could be better improved (telling people to stand outside coopmart with no other direction is not enough).

Overall it was a good experience — the van itself was comfortable and clean. The driving was very safe too, especially considering we drove through flood affected areas. The bus was 1hr late though, and estimated travel time was 8 hours and it ended being 12 hours. The bus was running late and ended up dropping two of us off on the highway but paid for a cab for us to get to Hoi An.
