Antti KThey told me wrong buss stop where to go. I was bit late but still before sheduled bus time there and I could not get the sheduled buss beause I was in the wrong bus stop. Busses leave at least every one hour, maybe every half our, but the next bus left 1,5 hour later (so 0,5-1 hour late).

Laurent HThe bus left late for no reason and arrived in South Pattaya instead of North Pattaya. When the driver was asked if it was North Pattaya, he agreed with the passengers, even though he knew it wasn’t. To make matters worse, the trip took 4 hours instead of the expected 1.5 hours.

Sarvesh BThere were only 5 passengers left in the bus and the driver tried to drop us in Central Pattaya, saying it was the final stop. He was rude about it but then had to go drop us at Bali Hai Pier after we showed him the ticket. It was not my first time going there so I knew where the final stop, was but for anyone who didn't, they would have been left stranded.

Anna AI understand that delays are possible, but not for 1 hour 20 minutes! It looked like they wanted to fill the entire bus with passengers and because of this they did not go. At 1.30pm I was in the place I needed. And then - I came out earlier, before reaching the end point, otherwise I would have got to the right place much later.
I give two stars for the fact that the bus was normal and that the driver let me out in the place I needed
