Stanislav VThis was a terrible experience. I bought a ticket for the Bangkok – Pattaya route to the North Bus Terminal. Instead of 1 hour 45 minutes, the trip took 3 hours 30 minutes. Moreover, we did not arrive at the North Terminal as stated on the ticket, but at a completely different location on Sukhumvit Road. The driver apparently decided to make extra money and took a detour to pick up additional passengers along the way. The seats in the bus were small, and there was no proper space for luggage. I strongly recommend taking a large bus instead. It follows the official route and schedule, arrives on time, offers more comfortable seating, and provides proper luggage space.
