Pickup time was 8 am on ticket. No one told me it would be almost 2 hours later until it was already 8 am and I had left my accommodation. Total trip time more like 6 hours. Driver was skilled on windy roads and transition to ferry was smooth.

It was good and the drive not too bad. 1 hour for picking up the passenger, and 3.5 hours to go to Gilimanuk Harbour with 2 toilet/lunch break stops. Then, we were waiting the ferry to transfer to Ketapang Harbour and took another 1.5 hours. At the end we arrive in ketapang around 3pm. I dont have any expectation and nonproblem with 3 hours delay from the description on 12GO. The hotel pickup that I stated during the booking will be a request and not the exact place. The driver can deflect you to another point if the location too much hassly. I do not mind with this and understand enough. All in all, I will book again if I need transfer from and to Bali wuth Magir.

The journey was good and without any inconvenient, we can even choose our music in the car. The service was impeccable. The driver accompanied us to the ferry.
