I booked and paid for a sleeper bus from Siem Reap to Ho Chi Minh with a travel time of 11 hours. In Phnom Penh we were thrown off the bus without any explanation and told that we have to change to a normal bus, which only leaves 1.5 hours later. This means we will arrive 3 hours later than what I actually booked. And it will not even be a sleeper bus! This is absolute fraud and a rip-off because I specifically paid 12 dollars more for a sleeper bus!

From now on I will always fly and go by van travelling from Bangkok to Koh Chang. Full service, much effort, convienient, safe, time saving, elegant. I can only recommend this art of travelling. For years Ive been travelling by busses and Lot Song teaw but now I have a new preference.

The car is good. But the driver didn’t let the passengers take a rest at the rest spot. All the passengers had to sit inside the car for like 8 hrs.
