Chen DThe experience was unacceptable for the following reasons:
1. Van Condition: The van was extremely overcrowded, with almost no air circulation, and there was a very unpleasant odor throughout the journey.
2. Driver's Conduct: Upon arriving at the island, the driver made numerous unscheduled stops to deliver private packages and even stopped to buy a drink for himself, without informing or updating the passengers at any point.
3. Poor Route Planning: Instead of planning an efficient drop-off route for the passengers, the driver drove aimlessly around the island.
4. Drop-off Issue: As a result of the poor planning, he dropped us off a significant walking distance from our hotel. We were forced to carry two large suitcases and heavy backpacks manually over a gravel road that was completely unsuitable for luggage.
This was a terrible experience, and I expect you to take this feedback seriously and look into the matter. I look forward to your response

Piotr ZA perfect experience. The driver arrived ahead of schedule. Called me to let me know he was there. Had cold water in the nice clean large sized van and was an excellent driver. The A/C was nice and cool. Perfect experience. This is the first time I used 12GO and this company and loved it.

The van was full for the journey.
The driver was talking on two phones while driving during the whole journey. His driving was ok for thai standards and we arrived around the expected time.

Pia The car was packed, full with people and a lot of luggage. I am a small lady but I had to sit in front beside the driver and it was tiny. After 2 hours you really felt it in your legs. I understand they want to fill the cars to the brim but maybe one less would have been good.

Adam SThere were essentially zero directions or guidance of where to go. The van was overly crowded once I found it and then I had to tell the driver to stop, as he'd passed my accommodation. I made it, but this was very disorganized to say the least.

Niclas VSlightly chaotic check-in, we had to ask a lot in order to be assigned to the right bus. Bus was incredibly full. Not a lot of leg room.
