We thought the VIP 22 was the most comfortable bus with entertainment screens and better chairs, but it was just a chair that moved a bit with a charger but all in all was still a comfy 8 hours.

I was dropped off in a town a half an hour from my destination. when I asked if this was the right spot, he said yes. I have arrived at my hotel an hour after I was supposed to. It was an inconvenience.

Bus was very late, should arrive at 1:15 at night, but did arrive at 2:45. It was very hard to reach anyone by phone, and the pick-up location was not a good place to wait. We did not get any message of the delayed verhicle, and we were just wondering if it had forgotten us. Very stressfull in the middle of the night. The good thing ; the bus did drop us off at the hotel, wat was very nice.

only had 2 stops in the 8 hour journey. The bus driver was rude and shouted at us for using 2 blankets when they were spare… he just threw it onto the empty bed below. there is little to no communication of how long you have when the bus stopped, if you don’t make it back in time from the toilet they will just leave, no head count or anything.
