Great bus, airco was nice, save driver. The woman at the ticket counter was super helpful too. She asked if we signed in online for the arrival form for Malaysia (which we had not). And showed is where to find the actual bus

Bus was an hour late to pickup because it broke down. I didn't get the email notification because I booked through 12go rather than Easybook, so I was waiting 1.5 hours. Then the journey was an hour longer than listed on 12go, so I didn't get to KL until too late for my accommodation check-in. The driver dropped us in a bad spot in the middle of the lane on a busy road. Bus itself was comfortable and driver was otherwise good.
