Bus came late for almost 1,5 hour , and it went to TBS, not KL Sentral. I bought ticket especially to KL Sentral. It was very cold inside the bus , very cold 🥶. The 12 Go’s support didn’t answer for anything, your support number was not working! We tried to call you a lot of times!

Terrible service by Billion Srars. From changing pick up location at the last minute to the bus leaving without me at Malaysian immigration and unwilling to help me. Read the reviews, they really are that bad.

Site says 5 hours travel time. for delays im just expecting an hour or two max but we left sg at 9am and arrived KL 8pm. and we had to pay another bus ride to KL because the bus left many people at immigration.

Overall the trip was fine and the seats are comfortable. But the trip took 7 hours instead of 5 because there was a lot of traffic at some points and also i think the driver was slow. The driver was talking the whole journey veery loud and that was annoying.

It was the most terrible experience in my life. When i was at the immigration, it took me lomger time and the driver came and told me to take my stuff from the bus because we will not wait for me and i had to take the next bus. So he left me there, without information about the next bus. Then the next bus was full and i couldnt get in do i had to wait for another bus in 2 hours. So the next came but another company and he had space but he told me that i have to pay. So i paid to take another bus to Kuala Lumpur because your driver left me in immigration. I want you give me a compensation for all that happened

A very comfortable bus but one minor issue was that the final destination was not as advertised. This wasn’t a big deal as we were let off at a Metro station but still, I expected better from a VIP style bus that charges a premium price.

My booking was for a trip from Singapore to KL Sentral. The bus dropped us off at KLIA2! It said that was the only stop and that no other buses go to Sentral! So I don't understand why it lets you choose your arrival location. I chose this bus because it was supposed to take me to KL Sentral.
