Singapore to Kuala Lumpur Destination Reviews

MO
We were supposed to arrive at 6pm but reached our destination at 10.30pm. The bus picked us up one hour late and you left us waiting in the heat. The driver then proceeded to collect passengers from other locations and thus it took him 1 hour and a half to reach the border. The driver at the other end was not aware we booked seats on the bus and told the passengers it was free seating. That caused a serious incident on the bus. The same driver repeatedly used his mobile whilst driving and again stopped several times to drop off passengers in various locations. It's fair to say that the delay due to the accident was not your fault but it could have been avoided if we left on time and were on schedule from the outset; we would have missed the accident. This plus your inflexibility in changing our initial booking made the whole trip a complete and utter disaster. Plus the buses were old noisy and uncomfortable for such long journeys.

The trip and the bus were very comfortable despite the two-hour delay upon arrival. However, it was far too cold on the bus; even when we closed the air conditioning vents, the cool air still came through the ducts. Overall, it was a good journey.

The service was very good overall. The staff explained how to get on the bus kindly. The bus was kept clean and seat was also really comfortable. Thoug the bus didn't arrive on time due to the traffic situation, it's okay. All I can say the people who use this service is not to forget to print the voucher out.

Is Singapore more crowded or Kuala Lumpur?

Singapore tends to feel more crowded than Kuala Lumpur, especially in popular areas like Orchard Road and Marina Bay. Singapore is a smaller city-state with a high population density, leading to bustling streets and busy public transport during peak hours. In contrast, Kuala Lumpur is more spread out, offering areas that feel less congested despite having busy spots like Bukit Bintang and Petronas Towers.

Both cities offer efficient public transport systems, but Singapore's MRT is known for its punctuality and frequency. For a less crowded experience in Singapore, try visiting attractions early in the morning or on weekdays. In Kuala Lumpur, consider exploring less tourist-heavy neighborhoods and using the city's extensive network of pedestrian walkways to navigate comfortably.
