It started well with the ladies at the pick up being really helpful and kind. However, the vehicle arrived late and when it did arrive they squeezed more passengers in the car than it could hold. After leaving late, we then spent over an hour just driving around the city doing pick ups and drop ofs of parcels. The driver was ok although he did take a video of us all in the car whilst driving, which was not ok considering there were children in the car so really not appropriate. The drop off point was also not where it stated when we bought the tickets.

Excessive air conditioning. They refuse to give you an extra blanket when you ask. They don't warn you that the beds are doubles and that you might be sleeping next to a stranger 😅

Bus was on time and boarding was nicely managed. Comfy seats (beds), clean blanket amd pillow, save driving, sweet and fun service. Just the AC was killing us in the night and I was too tired to go and ask to turn it down.
