Prakhar BDespite leaving earlier than destined time, we arrived close to 3 hrs late leading to missing our ferry.
The bus took long stops at multiple locations.
They were also loading all types of items like bicycles, sacks, motorbikes in the storage compartment leading to damaging our suitcase (zips and lock broke) and also dirtying it completely (with grease, mud). The bus was also unhygienic and the staff unresponsive. We were left helpless with our broken suitcase, missed ferry. Highly disappointed with the experience. Will never travel by this ever again.

Mike DWe were at the café one hour before departure.
Unfortunately, I didn't read the email saying that the bus would leave a good two hours earlier.
I only read it later.
The operator was very polite and accommodating, and in the end we still had our ride, slept well, and were able to catch our flight the next day.
We'd be happy to use them again anytime!!!

Tomasz KWe travelled on a sleeper bus from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville. We booked the tickets through 12go - all the better companies were fully booked so we had to go on this one and were a bit afraid given some reviews.
The bus left on time (19.30). The bed was comfortable, the light worked, there were two USB plugs working very well. The upper bed had a good A/C, it was a bit too hot on the lower bed. We were given pillows and blankets.
The bus was not very clean - under the mattress there was a lot of dust - but we survived ;) There were 2 drivers and they were driving ok. We managed to get some sleep.
The bus stopped frequently in many small towns - it could have travelled 2 hours faster without the stops.
From Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville the bus does not use the expressway, but goes through an old very bumpy road.
We arrived 1 h late (8.30) to Sihanoukville.

Nathanael Comfy and spacious cabinets. Strong Aircon (for us a little to strong). They also have single cabinets which is great if your traveling alone. Pickup was on time, but the bus departure was delayed and the bus was stopping very often for extended periods of time which caused us to arrive 2h later then expected.

Irene HWe took the hotel, night bus from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville. It was amazing. Comfy, big enough beds, electricity to charge our phone, and a clean blanket that was smelling amazingly. The company has a proper bus station both at Siem Reap and at Sihanoukville, with toilets and wifi. If going to Koh Rong afterwards, ensure to take the ferry with the same company because the transfer from the bus station to the port is included.

Johannes AThe trip was perfect. Everything was on time and they also helped us organise continuous trips with the boat to the islands. Staff is very friendly.
The only negative point is that the driver was calling the entire night on his phone what is very annoying if you book a sleeping bus
