Misleading itinerary – Request for full refund (Booking SLY354403) Dear 12Go Support, I am requesting a full refund for booking SLY354403. Before payment, the booking page clearly displayed a direct Sleeper Bus from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville. At no point before payment was I informed that the journey required leaving the sleeper bus at approximately 5:00 AM in Phnom Penh and continuing by minivan 2,5 hours later. This information was only disclosed after payment in the small-print notes of the e-ticket. A mandatory transfer from a sleeper bus to a minivan is a material characteristic of the service and should have been clearly presented before purchase. I specifically chose this ticket because I wanted uninterrupted overnight travel in a sleeper bus. Had the transfer been clearly disclosed before payment, I would not have purchased this ticket. I therefore request a full refund because the service advertised before purchase differs materially from the service described after payment. I have attached screenshots of the booking page before payment and the ticket received after payment.

The pillow cases were fresh, as were the blankets. The bus was not full so we got a double bed each to ourselves. The toilet was tiny but relatively clean. There is a usb charging point, lamp, curtains, free water, privacy. The boarding and alighting process was smooth and fast. They looked after our luggage for us. Overall very comfortable and reasonably priced considering this is your accommodation for a night as well as travel. If u are travelling in peak season I would consider paying for 2 double beds at $100 each as they were small for 2 people but perfect for one.
