The night bus was fantastic - comfortable, on time and far exceeded my expectations! The only slight downside was that it was cold (but they give you a blanket and I had a hoodie to put on so I was ok) and the toilet is very small but I was just happy that there was a toilet at all!

Brand new bus, modern and very clean, the trip was safe and silent. The beds are comfortable and enough spacious to have a nice rest (but could be a bit short of you are taller than 175cm), each seat provide a pillow, blanket, water, snack and toothbrush. A toilet is available on the bus for the customer. Highly recommended, I would book it again.

The bus from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville looks new and the beds are comfortable. However, the AC is way too cold. Best to wear warm layers and a beanie coz your head will thank you later. The toilet is designed more for men as it's hard to sit on it when the toilet seat is covered in water and no toilet paper. So the toilet is pretty much useless to me. My booth is right behind the driver so very close to the bus door. The bus made so many stops along the way which made it hard to have a continuous stop without waking up by the noise of the door and the motion of the bus. I was allocated to a double booth. Since I travel alone I asked if I could change to a single one which looks wider than the single space in the double booth. But I was told all the booth were taken. When we got to the destination, those empty booths were still empty. So they lied to me about it. I'm not happy with this kind of customer service. Two stars to being on time and reaching the destination safely and the condition of the bus.
