Very smooth journey from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville. Pick up and drop off points were exactly as indicated on the pdf. We left on time. Driver stopped multiple times along the way for food and toilet breaks. The minibus was spacious and comfortable. Only downside was the break in Phnom Penh: my bags were taken out of the van, and it took a little while to get clarity on when and where I was supposed to get on again. We also arrived approx 1.5 hours behind the advertised schedule.

Great taxi journey from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville. On time, polite driver, great driving, helpful with heavy bags, and accommodating with stops needed along the way (it was quite a long journey!). Highly recommend.

My first sleeper bus trip. I’m very pleased I was travelling with someone as I wouldn’t want to be in the cubicle with a stranger. Perfect size for me but I’m 5 ft 6 inch my son who is over 6ft had to have his feet out of the door. There is also no way if booking a top bunk and I would like to have that option

Since I was 5 minutes late I received the worst spot in the van; the front middle seat. I am rather tall (1.9m) so my legs did not fit properly. Had to force my knees away from the shiftstick the whole ride. Horrible. Said in the instructions lunch would be served on the trip. No lunch. Then when we were on the highway 90 minutes away from the destination, the car broke down. Had to sit in the heat on the highway side for a couple of hours before another buss arrived to pick us up. Driver was nice and talented though. In the future, try to leave the front middle seat empty if possible.

Probably best sleeper bus that I've ever seen. Super clean, on time (even arrived 30min earlier to the destination), WC in the bus, decent waiting areas both in Siem Reap and Sihanoukville. But take warm clothes with you. I had a jacket, but froze my ass off in my thin summer pants.

The pillow had hair and blood on it, air con dripped on me, they didn’t stop for toilet break, we left late an hour late at 11:30pm got off the bus at 5am, got shuffled round in a couple minivans before taking off for sihanoukville at 7:30 not fun.

My bag arrived wet from something in the baggage compartment and smelled bad. I had to wash everything in my bag and the bag itself. Some valuable papers were damaged and the operator did nothing. They didn’t even apologize. When we wanted to speak to the boss the girl in the shop said he’s busy and she can’t call him because of that.

On the positive side, the bus was on time, comfortable, and clean. On the negative side, we quickly understood why we had a 30% longer journey (9:30 for a 6:30 drive). In order to optimize the journey, the bus stopped about twenty times to fill the hold with all kinds of packages (live fish in jerry cans, a polystyrene crate of seafood that was leaking water, etc.). They yelled without respecting the passengers' sleep. Don't think about sleeping if you're not a deep sleeper. Finally, they didn't even announce the arrival at the destination...
