Alberto BLack of space, I’m 180cm and I didn’t fit the bed. No clear configuration, I was like in a twin bed large like a single bad, no windows, close to the toilet so even smelly

Caitlyn We booked what was advertised as a VIP sleeper from Siem reap to Koh rong. Turns out when we got to the check in desk that we’d only be on the sleeper for 6 hours and would need to get off of this in Phnom Penh, wait an hour and then at 6am get on a mini bus. Which to add was one of the most cramped, uncomfortable buses we’ve ever been on.
The sleeper bus itself is great and no faults there but the advertisement of the trip itself was very poor

Katrina AThe first sleeper bus was really comfy, but the transfer to the seating bus was really disappointing in Phnom Phen. I was expecting to get more sleep in that night transportation! And the organization was a bit messy for those buses as well! I really didn’t appreciate this part

Graham SComfy bus but AC didn’t work and the bus was full at the connection so we had to wait 2 hours and missed the ferry we were supposed to take. Got there only 3 hours later but still annoying.

Daniel AWe traveled from Siem Reap to Koh Rong a few days ago and can really recommend Garuda.
Originally we booked the trip with departure at 07:00 am / arrival at 07:00 pm but Garuda quickly messaged us via WhatsApp that there’s actually no space available anymore.
Which is why they offered us to leave at 11 pm and take a sleeper bus to Phnom Penh and then switch to a mini van for the last leg to Koh Rong. We agreed to this.
They picked us up at our hotel in Siem Reap with a TukTuk and drove us to the bus terminal.
The sleeper bus was quite comfortable and we managed to sleep pretty well.
Side note: The transport was actually carried out by another company but no issues here.
We then arrived at 05:30 am in Phnom Penh and had just a quick 1 hour layover and then switched to the mini bus at 06:30 am.
Then finally arrived at Koh Rong Island around 11:00 am after taking the ferry.
To sum it up, everything went smoothly and we would book with Garuda again.

Henry TBus was really comfortable and nice beds and curtains! No bathroom which was weird considering how nice the bus was. Made a lot of stops in the night and would just stay parked for long periods of time, also ended up getting to destination an hour before we were supposed to, so we waited 1.5 hours for our transfer instead of 30 minutes, which was a little rough at 5 am but also seems to generally be the way busses are here.

Martha WDoesn’t look like the pictures, driver played techno music so sound at about 3 am and loads of local people were sat in the galley talking, more like shouting, throughout the night and then gave us no warning when we arrived in the morning and got to longest beach an hour late
