We had the absolute best experience with this transport company in Cambodia! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, on time, and incredibly smooth. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the entire transfer felt safe and stress-free. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the kindness of the Cambodian people. The employees of the company and as well the driver was so friendly, polite, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that everything’s worked out . The warmth and hospitality we experienced were beyond anything we’ve had with other transfer companies. Cambodian people are truly some of the nicest we’ve ever met. This wasn’t just transportation it was a beautiful introduction to the country’s kindness and heart.

the had to change our departing time to 2 hours later because we were the only two guests (eventhough it was confirmed). not so dramatic for a short journey, but could be quite annoying for others.

Journey takes at least six hours, not four as listed in the description. Boat departed 8am, later than suggested in the itinerary. Boat pier is at least 15-minutes south of city center by tuk tuk.

My GPS (Google maps) struggle a little bit to find the location but get my nearby so I found it. No problem at all. We leave 17 minutes late, but we arrived 30 minutes early, so that's perfect, the driver is very kind and the bus nice.

The operator let us wait for 1,5h in the boat because we had to wait for two more passengers. How does that make sense making 10 customers who needed to wait unhappy, only to make two customers happy? The boat engine is extremely loud don’t forget your headphones. The trip takes approx. 6 hours not 4.5h as described.
