Felicitas The pick up in the Morning was Late and the Driver was driving too fast.
The Ferry also was to Late and at the Harbor we desperaretely searched for the Driver. I couldnd‘t reach the Company for half an Hour. I nearly booked a New Driver. It was horrible!!! After half an Hour I finally could Talk to someone. They just forget to manage the Pick up.

Roland GAirco did not work. Seats at window are to small. Be aware for bagage check-in staff that try to sell taxiservice for way to high rate.Rather use Grab, whk is operating at Lombok and Bali.
