I bought a ticket for 1:30pm and when I arrived at the port at 13:00 they told me that the boat had already left and that I had to buy a new one. No refund at all so I basically paid twice for the same service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I contacted 12go and they have not responded

Everything went smooth, the check in is not directly at the harbour and you need to bring the baggage there yourself. The hall at the port was a little crowded and chaotic but afterall it worked. The ride was relatively smooth, given that the boat is rather large compared to others. Would book again

Communication wasn't very good regarding pick up. Over 1 hour later than we originally told. Following strict rules were waiting 30 minutes prior to original departure time, just in case we were left. Alot of time waisted.
