Vanessa LWe had a scheduled departure at 7:45 am. We were asked via WhatsApp to arrive 30 minutes earlier, but the driver didn't arrive until 8:20 am, meaning a one-hour wait.
We understand that there can be traffic jams, but upon arrival, the driver seemed very rushed and didn't apologize for the hour's wait.
After two and a half hours on the road, we asked him when we were going to stop for a restroom break, and he just yelled at us, saying "no." We finally stopped 15 minutes later, but he didn't tell us how long the break would be, and as a result, he almost left without us.
The sleeper bus was, however, very comfortable.
It was more the driver's lack of friendliness and clarity that disappointed us.

Hyun HRoad conditions are very poor and I recommend to take pills for motion sickness if you are not good at it. They even dropped me off at hotel that I didn’t expect.

Bronte ASapa to Ha Giang. Was surprised considering the google reviews, but the bus ran very smoothly, stopped twice in the 6 hour journey for a toilet break, and dropped everyone at their accomodation. Driver was very safe and drove appropriately to the conditions. 5 stars!
