The bus was comfortable but the electric seats didn't work, so we had to sleeper for the journey. But the driver dropped us off at our hotel.

The trip was quick, with a dinner break since eating isn’t allowed inside the limousine. We left earlier than scheduled because all passengers were already on board. The seats were comfortable and matched the photos. They also provide a blanket in case you get cold. I recommend using earplugs if you're sensitive to noise, as the driver honks quite a lot — which is very common in Vietnam.

The bus ok, the road ok. But at the end in ha giang, really bad experience. We wanted to go out at the bus station near our hotel, the driver said no, even. If we showed him the map. Then he dropped boxes in different places and wanted to drop us at a wrong hotel, he got nervous, a bit angry and told us to go out… we had to discuss and stay with him with a gps to finally go to our hotel … He was probably bad with the mistake he made but he was not nice at all, did not say goodbye, was angry. Usually we have no problem, but with him we were really surprised
