Got us there but the location 12 go have us was not where the bus was actually parked. We had to call the bus and the driver had to walk 10 mins to get us from where 12 go told us the bus would pick us up we then had to walk for 10 mins to where the bus was. The drive got us there but it felt like we were driving in the wrong lane half the time with the horn blaring so a bit of a uneasy ride.

It was good ride. But blankets and pillows stayed there after previous passengers. The waste after previous passengers was not cleaned as well

I was so impressed with the kindness of the driver Phuc and his assistant on the bus 23F-00268 from Sapa to Ha Giang in 12 dec 2024. My father got car-sickness and their help was marvelous. Thank you so much. We will definitely use Ket Doan Travel again and highly recommend others to use this car.
