I booked with my girlfriend to the same hour, in the last moment they moved her, and said if we want together I need to pay extra money. It’s so bad. And the bus is so cold .and so expensive. And not a sleepover bus.

The overall experience is good, bus is not the most modern, but ok. It’s not so cold as everyone wrote here, we just wore shirts. I had a fleece jacket, but didn’t need it. The driver was driving like crazy, my husband saw it and was a little bit afraid, luckily I slept all the way 🤣 we arrived to Banaue 1.5 hours earlier, at 4:40 instead of 6:20

Everything was OK, but as we saw in other comments, the AC was super strong so the bus was freezing, which make it difficult to sleep or enjoy anything.
Toilets were clean.

There is insurance coverage and also sends SMS reminders for the trip. The Bus is clean and comfortable but needs cleaning and better labels for the flush in the CR.

Almost impossible to sleep. Too cold. The driver drives far too fast and spends all his time slamming on the brakes.

Pratiquement impossible de dormir. Trop froid. Le conducteur roule beaucoup trop vite et passe son temps à planter les freins.
