Considering the price the whole experience was what I expected. The bus seats are comfortable enough and air conditioning works. The bus was pretty slow and took longer to arrive than anticipated, but I wasn’t in any rush so whatever. At one point the driver got out of the bus and went somewhere else while everyone waited pulled over on the side of the road for 10 minutes. You’ll get from point a to point b and that’s all you really need. I would recommend but don’t expect anything fancy. I will say the ladies who helped me get on the bus were very kind and I was given assistance to get to my hostel from the bus, points for that.

It got us from A to B, so nothing to complain there. But it was unclear where we had to embark. It turned out to be not Phuket Airport, but a place 11 min drive from the airport. It cost us an additional 300 BHT to get there. The bus stop is next to the high way. I asked the guy from the ticket office for the toilet and he pointed to the other side of the high way. Meaning I’d have to cross the high way, which looked very unsafe (especially with my luggage). On the bus itself there is no toilet and no information is given on stops. Make sure you are at the right location, have had something to eat (as there is not much in the area) and have been to the loo before going to this bus stop.

The driver was very friendly and helpfull. He was saying the name of the city for each stops. The bus was confortable. Nothing bad, the journey was perfect.
