Driver was on time with the pick up from our hotel. We were directed to the area needed to get out tickets and the process was very smooth and easy. The boat journey was comfortable and the staff were great.

Boat was good, we got the premium tickets and I would imagine that bar would be included on the deck. Instead of that we had to walk down the stair each time you wanted any drink or snacks.

The staff are absolutely amazing!!! You get free water on arrival, and there is always free coffee/bananas/biscuits. They make you pancakes in the morning for free also. The room was good, only downfall was two bathrooms for the dorm, but it’s manageable. Whilst I was out here I got food poisoning and had to go to the hospital - the staff from the hostel were so crazing and brilliant. Thank you very much

It supposed to start at 11 am and arrive at Ton Sai pier at 2 pm but it arrived at almost 2 pm. Chao Koh ferry is old and the ac is not cool enough to feel comfortable— even on the upper deck had only 10 people maximum and it was cloudy. The ferry needs a big maintenance. The staff was helpful and able to speak English well. I honestly opinion is do not choose Chao Koh ferry. Try other companies would be better.
