The bus was on time but we still left late because he had to stack all his carrier packages, there were so many that we couldn't get up from our seats. Too bad I can't post photos or videos. We had to walk on people and climb for the bathroom break. But before that, the person in charge of the packages and boxes and bags of rice was angry with us and attacked us because he was overwhelmed by all these packages. I've never seen that. The second driver was luckily more friendly.

Pretty seamless trip all the way thru. Got picked up in Karon area, taxi was a little late but we made it on the ferry with no issues. Their sticker system seems to work very well, and we transferred to a different ferry on phi phi really quickly. Was a comfortable ride on the ferry, not too choppy. Only had to pay 10 baht when getting to lanta. Would do again

The boat left basically on time but the boat arrived over 1 hour later than the time said it was. It stopped at 2 other islands, so ended up taking about 2.5 hours in total. They don't tell you where and when they will stop so you really have no idea how long it is going to take. The boat ride is very bumpy this time of year (May) so if you get sea sick you should definitely avoid this speedboat.

Super service. Very easy and quick to book a transfer by speed boat. I booked the wrong date and the lady on the phone kindly postponed my booking. The boat left on time and arrived on time.

The trip was smooth. The pickup van arrived before time at the hotel. Reached the Rassada Pier at time and were handed over the boarding passes for the journey. Boarded the Asean ferry by Phi Phi Cruiser to Koh Samui. The ferry had unreserved seating but that wasn't a problem finding a good seat at the base level. We had luggage that we kept at the front of the seating area. PSA carry a light coverup or full sleeve shirt/light jacket since the AC is pretty strong. The ferry passes by Phi Phi Leh across the Maya bay for quick sightseeing. At Koh Phi Phi, the ferry had to be changed for Koh Lanta. 1/ This and the ferry details wasn't clearly communicated until the actual boarding passes were handed over at Rassada Pier. 2/ No formal assistance with baggage, and the staff at the boat told to carry the baggage yourself. We had manageable luggage, but an old couple ahead of us had large bags that needed assistance. Deducting 1 star for this. Though some helpful folks came up for assistance with luggage when stepping off from the boat. We disembarked at the Tonsak pier and boarded a smaller ferry to Koh Lanta operated by Petpailin after a short walk on the way. Transfer was quick ~5 mins, ferry to ferry. This was a non AC boat but the fans were adequate. The overall trip was enjoyable, and recommended.

A few stops at the start of the trip to pick up people and packages. But after that it was straight there with only 1 stop for bathroom.

Punctual and very friendly driver. Unfortunately, he couldn't speak English and wasn't familiar with Koh Lanta, but that wasn't a problem. He even made a short stop halfway through the journey.
