The transfer never came to pick me up at my hotel. After 15 minutes of waiting, I had to call customer service myself, and that’s when they told me there had been a problem with my booking and that I had simply not been registered on the route.
As a result, instead of the planned transfer, they sent another taxi, then made me take a bus, and then another means of transport. I had to use three different transports to finally reach my destination.
The initial journey was supposed to take around 3 hours. It ended up taking 6.5 hours. I lost an entire day of my vacation because of their poor organization.
No anticipation, no efficient solution, and no respect for customers’ time.
I absolutely do not recommend this company if you care about your vacation and peace of mind.

Tommy GIn the end the bus came in and everything went fine. We waited about an hour at the pier.
With this said, the hours we need to be ready is not clear or is confusing. The route we choose was at 11:20 but we assumed that the pickup would be way earlier so that we can get at the pier at the right time. Maybe clear and out into evidence what time to be ready.

Andreas HThe minivan arrived late for pickup and also arrived significantly late at the destination. The driver was driving very aggressively, following other vehicles extremely closely, and the ride felt unsafe. Toward the end, there seemed to be a technical issue and the van almost lost control. I was not dropped off directly at my hotel and had to walk several hundred meters. For taller passengers, the minivan is quite uncomfortable, although I was lucky to have enough legroom.
