Tommy GIn the end the bus came in and everything went fine. We waited about an hour at the pier.
With this said, the hours we need to be ready is not clear or is confusing. The route we choose was at 11:20 but we assumed that the pickup would be way earlier so that we can get at the pier at the right time. Maybe clear and out into evidence what time to be ready.

Andreas HThe minivan arrived late for pickup and also arrived significantly late at the destination. The driver was driving very aggressively, following other vehicles extremely closely, and the ride felt unsafe. Toward the end, there seemed to be a technical issue and the van almost lost control. I was not dropped off directly at my hotel and had to walk several hundred meters. For taller passengers, the minivan is quite uncomfortable, although I was lucky to have enough legroom.

Amy LThe driver was 30 minutes late then asked us for 200 THB each for luggage even though our suitcases were normal size and not overweight. We arrived to the hotel 1.5 hours later than advertised. But he got us from A - B. The mini bus was also quite stuffy and warm.
