Phitsanulok to Bangkok Destination Reviews

LP
The operator was very unclear : they took our voucher and booked us in a first bus... Then without explanation exchange our tickets for a less comfortable and later bus. Then, the driver on-board us in a VIP bus (the bus on the first ticket - despite us showing us the new ticket) and then 20 min later once the bus filled up, hurry us and scream at us to go down to take another bus. We almost lost our belongings/suitcases in this VIP bus. Into the new bus (very old and uncomfortable), our seating selection was not respected and they give us the only 2 seats with no leg room and that couldnt recline. 12 go voucher was unclear about the bus class.

Train was late departing and arriving. That said the staff were very competent and helpful. Good views of the Thailand scenery, especially the birdlife in the paddies
