Emma MThe pickup was late, there was a broken window in the van. The boat was delayed, then cancelled. We were told to leave by staff. We booked a hotel for the night, we were harassed by people at the port saying we could not use grab and it was illegal in the port. We were then shouted at when we got a grab and told to never return. We were scared and had an awful experience. We contacted customer support and they told us to go back to the port and wait for the slow ferry. We had already been waiting since 8am and it was 3:30pm. We requested a refund again and were told to wait a few days… awful. Do not recommend at all! Terrible experience. I rebooked the following day to go from SANUR and it was so much better. A nice port and good staff. I do not recommend 12Go or the companies they use.

Dace VThere is no boat at 11:30- in office said that 3months ago there is no boat at 11:30 just 9:30 and 13:30, so we went 2hours more. And as ussually the boat didn’t get to island in 2hours, but 3hours. So we were very late in hotel.

Jean MThe driver arrived at 7:15 instead of 7:00 after saying he would arrive at 7:30, but he was nice and super fast. Ver comfortable minivan. We made it just on time for the 9:00 speedboat from Bali to the Gilis. I would recommend to leave a lot of time before and after, just in case —no work or other transfers within at least 2 hours… But in our case it was pretty reliable.

Stanislav OEverything was on time, and the guys were really helpful.
But the transfer vehicles were uncomfortable. We got a really tiny car for 5 people, with no space for luggage.
The bus for 10 people was even smaller than the car. The door didn’t work and stayed open during the whole transfer — it was really unsafe.

Bente I had a great experience sailing from Pandang Bai to Gili Air. Nice, comfortable and clean ferry. Felt safe.
I missed a little more information about which ferry was bording when. That being said there was no problems.
