The trip was fine ‘& on time. However boat trip was not direct. It’s stoped in Koh Panang. This was not obvious at the time of booking but didn’t cause us a major issue. Otherwise trip was fine. Crossing was rough but this was not anybody’s fault.

The pictures show the big boat there is no description of the trip at all . We ended up on a small speedboat . It should be pictured when booking and a breakdown of the times and service. We had to catch two boats and wait at another pier of 60 mins in-between.

Got picked up from the airport in great time and was only waiting for about 10 minutes before we were given a lift down to the pier. Then the trouble started, arrived at the pier at around 1:45pm for our 3pm departure to be told that it’s actually 3:30pm which wasn’t a big issue. We then got to told that the speedboat was getting something fixed in its gearbox so it would be delayed by 30 minutes. 30 minutes turned into another hour sat waiting with no further update. Finally leaving around 4:45pm we were around halfway there when the boat conked out and wouldn’t restart so we were just left floating for the next 5 minutes (again no update as to what was happening). Eventually arriving at Koh Tao, we couldn’t wait to get off and get to our hotel

We waited nearly 2 hours for our transfer from the airport to the ferry. Missed the ferry and were put on the next boat without explanation.
