Maranda EHorrible. We booked the Lomprayah Ferry it did not say “high speed” or “speedboat” when booking. We thought we were getting the catamaran, smooth comfortable ride. When we arrived we got boarded onto the speedboat and everyone on board thought they had booked the catamaran. I also only knew we may stop at Koh Phanangen because of a review but many people were once again confused and some people got off even though they had the Koh Tao sticker. 12Go was super helpful though in answering customer service when asking about pickup times from the hotel.
