You book for 22:10, you don't get the bus. We were ther at 21:10. They said to us, we had to take the bus at 22:50. You have to plan 1,5h more before and 1,5h later.

The air conditioning was too weak, and the seats were not very comfortable. With the hot weather in Ho Chi Minh City and Mui Ne, I expected the bus to have stronger air conditioning. The overall comfort could be improved. However, the customer service was excellent. They were very responsive and would immediately contact me through WhatsApp to discuss and solve any issues. The staff at the Mui Ne station were also very helpful, friendly, and kind.

Only negative is I didn’t get a What’s App confirmation the night before like I got with the previous ride from Can Tho to Mui Ne. I had the hotel call beforehand to double-confirm. Driver was good/safe and made a bathroom break stop. Van was comfy and roomy.
