Overall great, but sometimes they are so close to other cars, that is scary. Bus was on time. Comfortable. I don’t understand why some stations charge an additional fee for boarding cards. Also, if you make an online booking and get the etickets, it isn’t necessary to print the tickets. Save time and money for everyone.

Such a big bus terminal we got lost , had being approached by some very mice staff , they led us to the pick up boarding pass booth and then to the bus stop VIP service all the way through , very clean bus, seat's were comfortable and large windows to look out ,

The driver wouldn't accept my PDF ticket and was uncooperative. It took the help of the station staff to tell him that he had to accept my pass because it was an electronic ticket. He was very rude after that.

The bus arrived 1h30min earlier than expected, which was amazing and I could enjoy more of the city. Just be careful if you are leaving on weekend days, buy the ticket in advance because the bus can be sold out quite soon.
