It said it would take 7 hours it took us 12. The first ferry was delayed an hour an a half due to tide levels, fair enough. Got onto the ferry they picked us up in the port and got us a taxi which was very smooth and helpful. My issue stands with the so called 5 hour bus taking nearly 7 hours. I understand that tbe bus needs to collect others however I would have preferred to have been informed when booking and the time estimation to be more accurate. Additionally after the delay at the start I contacted 12Go about how it would effect the rest of the journey, 2 hours later after we got on the ferry, told me to contact the other people again wasn’t informed that’s who to contact with issues. The people with KS travel were lovely tho. The curtain on the bus was mouldy too
