Beds were quite comfortable. The room locked. It was possible to close the air vents as this was a bit cold. The train left on time and was only a few minutes later than advertised. The toilet was not great as it was quite smelly and very wet so tricky to use. Although someone did clean it in the middle of the night. However the cabin with a bed was very preferable to sitting up all night. Well worth the money.

I booked a night train to surat thani, October 19. As usual, I retrieved my ticket in their office of chatuchak. Everythings were PERFECT!! All my tickets were ready and just need to go to get my train. On 2024, I came in Thailand and travelled with 12 go. Everything were perfect!! Next year, I plan to come back in Thailand. Obviously, I will order my ticket train with 12 go, once again. Thanks for your job. Philippe MANY FRANCE

The train was comfortable and on time. We were rushing to get to the station but food vendors on the train meant we didn't go hungry albeit more pricey. Collecting the tickets from 12Go was simple. Our kids loved the overnight train. We all had a private cabin with 2 in each. The toilet was also clean. 10/10

Comfortable train where I got a decent night's rest. Simple check in procedure at bangkok and Simple show ticket to the ticket officer. Private comfy bed with toilets. 10/10 id travel it again

While the train itself was excellent, the 1st-class Sleeper cabin was fine, the overall experience was not good because my wife and I were allocated different cabins. So, I had some stranger sharing our cabin and wife shared a different room. Not a good experience and thus a low rating because of this.
