It was fine but the staff doesn’t really update you on what you’re expected to do when you’ve arrived in surat Thani. They let us wait for 40 minutes and then a driver who was going to bring us to the ferry arrived but suddenly we were in a rush, like a really (the crew shouting to u) rush. Even though we couldn’t do anything about this.

Very easy journey, bus was on time with good AC and the ferry was comfortable.
The van where we made the transfer to Surat Tani was small. We were 11 people and the suitcases barely fit. I was sitting in the back seat surrounded by suitcases and I could not move my luggage.
