The chairs of the boat are in very bad condition, many of them were broken. The AC wasn’t working enough so it was very hot inside. The worst part was that there were many insects everywhere.

The reservation site stated that the departure time was 10:30 and the arrival time was 12:00, but the actual arrival was at 12:45. The departure was not delayed, and the weather was fine. The ferry ride was smooth and comfortable. If the correct time is not listed, there’s a risk of missing a flight.

The ferry was clean, easy to locate, staff are very helpful. Took slightly longer than 1.5 hours though. Air con on the ferry, plenty of seats

Boarding was late and chaotic. If the cabin was air conditioned, I could not tell. It was stifling the whole ride over on the middle deck, and it was only one quarter full. I'm told the lower deck was a bit better. The transit itself was smooth once we got going. We arrived about 20 minutes late in the end.
