Missing a lot of information in the booking. We got from A to B, so can't complain about that. We had a toilet stop on the way with the van, but sadly not a shop nearby for snacks. Arrived 1 hours before the boat. The boat stops twice on its way to Koh Lipe, so you will arrive over an hour later than planned.. Everyone seemed not to know this and was frustrated by it.

The seats on the bus were very narrow. I was sitting with my 10 year old son and it felt like a squeeze. Transfer to speed boat was smooth. The boat did not have a door in the centre to protect from rain so we were absolutely drenched by the storm that we encountered on the way. The boat pilot raced through the storm and got us to Lipe on schedule!

The van driver was hectic, didn't talk to us, threw trash out his window and he watched YouTube videos on his phone while driving. There was not enough space for all the bags. He just put the bags into a puddle... The speed-boat ride...

On time and efficient. Pretty much as expected for a speedboat, but as noted it is a bumpy ride but only lasts about 1.5 hours. The drive is about 3/3.5 hours but our driver was driving VERY (maybe slightly dangerously) fast and that was also pretty bumpy. Don’t expect comfort but it gets you from A to B.

The organization was very good. But i think the driver were a Little Bit Crazy. Bus driver: he drove so fast, i panicked sometimes so that was a experience in a Bad way… Same to the speed boat: he drove so fast that it hurt my back because of the speed

Time pick up was 1 hour before ticket. No information given correctly and time under journey did not say what the checkpoints and art was. The description on 12go did not match the journey. Speed boat journey very uncomfortable.

Nobody speak english so changing van to ferry and ferry to van was a bit difficult to understand, because once they left you in the first Pier, you have to go out from the Pier and cross the street to look for the agency and nobody explained this to me.
