Quick and convenient way to book an island transfer from the airport (Krabi to Koh Lanta). Driver picked us up right outside the terminal and helped to load the luggage. The vans are always a tight squeeze in Thailand and the seatbelts don’t always work which may affect your comfort. Be prepared it may leave later than the ticket specifies if waiting for others to land and board the van. The small ferry crossing was smooth and we arrived to our hotels close to the estimated time. Ensure you use the restroom before leaving as the driver does not like to stop. Overall an easy and reliable journey to get from A to B.

The driver told us to pay an extra 300 TBH just because our hotel was in the very south of Lanta. That didn’t felt okey since we wrote the adress of the hotel when we made the reservation.

Awful, driver dropped us very far from agreed location on booking. Around 20 minute walk away with all our luggage. This booking was a scam and same as our last experience with 12go Asia and phantip travel agent, they are running by crooks.

The van waited at the airport because the plane with most of the travellers arrived late, good point. But we had to pay a supplement in cash to get to our hotel. That was not announced at the time of the booking. The van had not enough space for the luggage. The driver was very unfriendly. I was charged an insurance I have not ordered.

FATAL, AVOID THIS COMPANY I booked a transfer from Krabi Airport to Koh Lanta, and they kept us waiting inside the van for 30 minutes. The van is uncomfortable and very old; there’s no space for luggage at all — a nightmare. Honestly, the small savings are not worth it. We’ll be doing the return transfer with a private driver.

The driver was very careful and extremely helpful .he managed to fit every luggage in the van so we were really squeeze! But all together it went well ! We where lucky cause the van was almost full from the beginning so we didn’t have to pick up more then one person, but still, I got in at 10.30 and arrived at 13, even if my hotel was on Long Beach, so one of the first beaches.i would highly recommend to everyone cause you don’t do with a private taxy all that road for only 12 euro.
