The drive was experienced and friendly, the car comfortable and un good condition. But as everyone can imagine it with all the luggage it gets a bit tight. I assume that the luggage policy ist not as strict as mentioned in the exclaimer. When everyone would pay for extra luggage and instead less people would be in the van it would be more fare for all who have small luggage and more comfortable. So everyone who whats to have comfort should be aware that this depends here with a van on the amount of people and luggage. Those who can't live with that should hire a private transport.

We were a bit late leaving Ao Nang. And there was a long wait to get onto ferry to Ko Lanta but nothing you could do about that.

Probably the worst transfer we’ve ever booked with 12go. They only have room for about 4 small pieces of luggage. After that all spaces between people get filled. If you have a piece of luggage and a small bag, the small bag is either on your lap or where your feet are supposed to go. They filled up all 15 seats, plus everyone had luggage (several of which were oversized) and each of us had a backpack or bag. It was so cramped. We even had luggage at the door so if there was an emergency we would not have been able to exit the van. Our departure was an hour late too. They seemed so disorganized. The noon and 1pm departures were combined and both vans left a few minutes after 1 pm. What was really interesting was there were only about 3-5 people leaving at 1 pm. Our driver got called minutes after we left and he had to turn around. Not to pick up people, but to add packages to our already cramped van. Then we had to stop for fuel. Then the driver decided he was hungry and went on a food run. He didn’t let anyone out. It wasn’t a scheduled pee break. Nope just for him to have a smoke and get something for himself. So all in all what was supposed to be a 2-1/2 hour trip quickly turned into over a 4-1/2 hor trip. The 30 minute delay at the ferry (due to traffic) was the only acceptable delay we really had. I gave 2 stars because the van was nice, a/c worked well, and we arrived in one piece.

The van was full. The operator didnt have My reservation. 30 minutes later then send another van, but 5 minutes asay from the airport the van stop 45 minutos to wait for two people. Very Bad service. The drivers didnt speak English SO he just stop and only Say: wait 2 minutes... And it was 45 minutes.

Driver arrived later, we did not get any confirmation or message of the arrival. The trip was good, overall 2 hours 20 minutes to our hotel. The van was a bit crowded, we were sitting next to a pile of luggages, not the safest option.

The waiting time for the ferry was about 2 hours. The Van hast no luggage Space, this means that the luggage must be placed around you and the other passangers. (Journey Krabi - KoLanta) I was advised that the driver could be 30 mins early or 30 mins late for the pickup from my hotel. I was ready 30 mins prior to the arranged departure time. In the event the driver arrived 50 mins after the arranged pickup time. No explanation for the delay. (I twice called the Whatsapp number provided to me by 12GO to find out what was happening. No-one answered. I was not sure whether the minibus would ever arrive.) I was the first person on the minibus. The driver drove erratically (to make up time, I imagine.) The next stop was Krabi airport where the minibus was filled with passengers who had also had to wait way beyond the latest pickup time. Throughout the journey the driver was making and receiving mobile phone messages (not hands-free) as well as texting whilst driving. The driving was erratic throughout the journey with the driving undercutting (undertaking on the inside) and what seemed to me to be exceeding the speed limit. I was relieved to arrive at my destination in one piece.
