Picked us up at our hotel on Ao Nang beach and drove us to the ferry for. The ride from Klong Jilad to PhiPhi was smooth, easy and beautiful. No complaints for this being the single best deal available for transfer and ferry, you will not find better.

Unclear classes. We booked first class but apparently there is also a premium class. Normally first class is better then premium. Not on your boat. The transfer to laem Tong was poor. Cramped, full boat. Chaotic and vaque. We had to sit outside in the burning sun.

Not clear where our pick up was. Not correctly indicated on voucher. Found it. Pick up time was 30 minutes earlier than booked. Not enough space and poor AC on bus. No AC on boat. Was very hot inside. Could not sit outside.
