The boat was not the same as shown when booking the trip. Seats were arranged differently. There were multiple stops underway which was not shown when booking. The boat was delayed and arrived late. The captain reduced the speed of the boat when waves were throwing and pointed out a better spot for a family with a baby. This was very nicely done if him

The transfer was good, but the speedboat was totally overbooked. Both the crew and the passengers couldn't believe how many people were booked for that trip. We were more than 50 people on the boat which it is definitely not made for. The crew did a good job, but due to this amount of passengers and luggage, the trip was delayed by about half an hour. Clearly the fault was by the booking office.

We booked a Transfer with Speed boat 2h20 from Ko Yao Yai to Ko Lanta and we got 1h speedboat to Krabi and then we drove 3h with car to the Hotel in ko lanta. All others passengers also werde very angry and at First then didnt want us to Drive to our hotels and just to a specific Point in ko lanta. After discussions Theo drove us to Our Hotels…
